Receiving an Offer
“The higher the price, the better the offer.” Don’t be fooled! Price is not always the determining factor when accepting an offer. There are several other terms to a purchase contract including financing contingencies, scheduling of important dates and deadlines, inspection, etc. David will help guide you through an offer in order to evaluate every aspect of the proposal so that you can make a well-informed decision.
Accepting an Offer to Closing
Once you are officially “under contract,” David will walk you through the entire sales process, from the disclosure forms, the Title Commitment, the loan process, inspection, surveys, and all the way to Closing. You will have personal attention every step of the way in order to make sure that you are well informed and that your interests are protected.
